Find Your Computer Information

Here is how to find and send computer info to us through e-mail.

Click on the Apple Menu in the Top Left hand corner of you screen, then click on "About This Mac"

In the window that opens up. Click on the "More Info" button.

Wait for the System Profiler menu shows up next to the Apple Menu

When it shows up Click on the "File" menu and then click on "Save As"

When the Save window opens up Name the file as School Team and Date as shown below. Make sure it is saved to the desktop. Hit the "Save" button.

An Icon like the one below will show up on your desktop. Open your e-mail program and attach that file and send it us
