Avoid Package Issues When Capturing

There have been a lot of issues with packages not opening after you capture the video. There are a few steps that can be taken during the capture process that will help to maintain the structure of the video package.

1. Always start the camera then start the capture process within Sportscode.

2. When the Capture process starts, wait for about 30 Sec. before using the pause feature.

3. When ending the capture process, always stop the capture in Sportscode before stopping the camera. This also includes the tape ending. Always make sure there is enough tape at the end to stop the capture before the tape runs out.
